Shipping in Australia

All orders are sent via Registered Post. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a Track and Trace reference number, so you can keep an eye on your order. All orders require signature upon delivery and if no one is home to accept the delivery, you will receive a card notifying you that your parcel will be kept at your local post office for you to collect. We can ship to Australian PO Boxes if required.

Please allow 2-6 business days for standard delivery Australia wide.

For express delivery within 1-3 business days, you have the option of using Express Post for an additional fee of $5.00. This option is available for selection at check out.

International Shipping

All International orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia using Express Post International and DHL Express with the flat rate prices listed below. Track and Trace is available to most countries and a signature is required for all deliveries. We do not provide shipping to International PO Boxes.

We only offer an express shipping service for international orders, as Australia can be far away from the rest of the world and we want to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery to most major metro areas world-wide and up to 10 business days for remote areas.
