Delivery

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping worldwide depending on the value of your order. Please refer to our shipping page for more specific information depending on your location.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

If your order hasn’t been shipped as yet, we may be able to amend the delivery address. Please get in touch with our customer service team on myorder@chichicosmetics.com as soon as possible.

Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

If your order hasn’t been shipped as yet, we will try our best to assist you. Please contact our customer service team on myorder@chichicosmetics.com as soon as possible. Products may only be swapped to other products of equal value.

Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it is paid. Please review your cart before completing your order.

Can I track my order?

Track and Trace is available on all orders and a signature is required for all deliveries. Once your order is despatched you will receive an email containing a Track and Trace reference number, so you can keep an eye on your order. All orders require signature upon delivery

Do you ship world-wide?

We ship to 130+ countries world wide.

 

Unfortunately, currently we are unable to ship to the following countries:

 

Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, American Samoa, Andorra, Angola, Anguilla, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Burundi, Chile, Columbia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Estonia, Falkland Islands, French Guiana, Georgia, Greece, Grenada, Iceland, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Libya, Liechtenstein, Mauritius, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco, Nauru, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Niue, North Korea, North Pole, Peru, Pitcairn Islands, Puerto Rico, Romania, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sao Tome and Principe, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Tokelau, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Ukraine, Yemen,  Zambia.

How long does international shipping take?

All International orders are despatched from Melbourne, Australia using Express Post International.

We only offer an express shipping service for international orders, as Australia can be far away from the rest of the world and we want to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.

 

Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery to most major metro areas world-wide and up to 10 business days for remote areas.

Are there any import duty / VAT charges for international orders?

Of the 130+ countries we ship to, approximately 90% do not charge VAT, duties or additional charges for small packages entering the country, which means you will receive your package with no additional costs. We have done our best to keep freight charges to a minimum however there may be some foreign duties, taxes or fees that are applicable to you depending on your country and the value of your order. Please note these fees vary from country to country and are your responsibility. For more information regarding any additional charges that may apply, please contact your local customs authority.

Do you test on animals?

NO WAY, we absolutely love all animals here at Chi Chi. Animals are for loving and NOT for testing!!!

We have never conducted or condone any animal testing whatsoever and we are very proud members of the Peta Cruelty Without Bunnies Program. Our motto has always been from our very beginning ONLY TESTED ON FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Are any of your products vegan?

Whilst ALL our products are 100% cruelty free, we try to also formulate our products vegan where possible and will continue to do so. You can check which products are vegan friendly by clicking onto the ingredient list.
